KBC needed to sign up students to open bank accounts as well as create visibility for the brand near colleges in Ireland.
We established a guerilla marketing campaign located outside college campuses nationwide.
We educated students on the benefits of banking with KBC while signing them up to open accounts.
In 2015, the target was 10,000 new student account sign ups. We exceeded this by signing up over 14,000 students to open KBC bank accounts.
In 2016, with less resources, we signed up nearly 12,000 students to open bank accounts.
Our presence around colleges created massive brand exposure for KBC towards 18-24 year olds.
Our work on these campaigns have helped establish KBC as the go to bank for students across Ireland.
